All I want is to sort this ******* problem out and people like you don't help.

To be honest with you, I'm not surprised at the amount of help you're getting from me when you speak to people like that.

If you stop acting like a spoiled **** people might be more inclined to help you.

Restarting your OS isn't half as easy re-installing the game / buying a new copy.

I've done that about 10 times, still nothing.

he's already stated that he has reinstalled the game 10 times. I suggested reinstalling the OS as a last option. But won't buying a new copy and registering on steam confuse steam as he already has the game registered to his account? I guess he could make a new account.
 
Delete system 32 off your computer, that should fix the problem. :)

You can uninstall games off Steam, it probably wouldn't be worth re-installing the OS for this case.

No, steam doesn't do it per profile, they do it per game/serial code, I think he should be alright...

You can uninstall games off Steam, it probably wouldn't be worth re-installing the OS for this case.

Yeah but I mean that if it's a new game, the details will be different, so he can still do it, if not, he can delete FM10 off steam - 5 second job.
 
uninstall it again, then clear it from your cache, your registry, and update your java:

then make sure all your sound and graphics drivers are upto date

Just re-installed the game 3 times in the space of time I wasn't writing a reply still no luck. It is really annoying me.
 
Right thanks but the app data thing doesnt appear, so that is that in the bin lol
 
if your appdata folder is missing you may have real problems on your pc

it's system32 by the way, no spaces.

have you upgrade windows. eg windows 7 if so may be that isint installed propa.
