help me to choose tactic from beggining please

so I am a begginer.. And dont know much about game tactic.help me,how to chose tactic?

I amcurrently play as monaco,2 game with 2 defeat.

so here my line up

gk-defend :sergi romero
Complete wing back :eric abidal and martin montoya
central defender,defend :ricaldo carvalho,stefan savic

winger-attack :james collison,lucas ocampos
ball winner defend :jeremy toulaland
box to box :javi garcia

advanced playmaker support :kevin de bruyne

complete forward :falcao

so here are my problem
1. I dont know,should I play short passing or direct passing?
Do direct passing ,should have tall strikers?

2.currently I play short passing,with high defensife line. but I conceded most from throught ball. i want to drop deeper but could short passing game adapt with deeper defensive line?

3.my right winger is good dribler but bad crosser,what should I do at him?

4.I confused wheter to use adv playmaker and trequarista

5.I dont know what to do while our team almost defeated in match. I just made overload mentality..


please help me
