does anybody know if it's possible to create a database where the teams are not allowed to buy any players from other countries or play only with youth intake players? for example, i'm playing with sporting and i can only buy players from other teams in portugal or i have to play with the players that only come from the youth intake. is this possible? ty

Yes, you should be able to limit foreign players by editing the league rules.

I guess something like that could be possible to do by using pre-game editor and changing the league rules.
