HELP ME.

Right, I'm currently managing Monaco and have won back to back titles over the past 2 seasons. However I'm about half way into my third season with them and I can't get my team to recapture the form that they had over them years. Defence is all over the place, can't score goals. I have spend a load of money on players that frankly should walk any league with the quality they have. Haven't changed the tactics at all, just playing so bad it's laughable sometimes. Any suggestions on what I should do or why his may be happening would be so great.

Happens to me all the time. That's the most frustrating thing in fm this year, team is inconsistent as ****.

I always go back to basics, like using v1 of my formation. And also focus on stopping the goals going in, build confidence and gradually aim to score more.

That being said teams should always be aiming to grow and change, teams around you will be improving so you can't afford to stand still.

Perhaps a refresh of the coaching staff may help?
