There is something weird with my FM 12..In both player instructions and team instructions, the instructions bar ( the one with red circle) is really small , make it hard to set the mentality, creative freedom etc but my friend doesn't have that problem ( his instructions bar is bigger) . What should I do then?

What size screen are you playing on? It could be something to do with that. Maybe you are on a netbook while your friend is on a widescreen PC or laptop?

If you are playing on PC the best resolution is 1280x1024, if you have lower than that, presumably 1024x768 cause I had it when I first started playing, it was all cramped up so I changed it to 1280x1024... if you're on a laptop and you can't get a bigger resolution then I don't know wht to do...

Yes I'm playing with 1024x768. I've tried to change it at my desktop but I have no 1280x1024 option. The most I can get is 1024 x 768 so how can I set it bigger? Does anybody also have the same problem because it's quite frustrating!!!

Try changing the resolution in the preferences in game, should be visual settings in there.

then that means the max is 1024x768.

Pretty weird but based on your players average ratings it's not really having any effect.
