iam in 2013/2014 season with middlesbrough done extremely well first two seasons got them promoted won the league cup and then finished 6th in the premier league, got offered allot of great jobs manchester united, spurs etc and turned them down as i wanted to build up my current team as some young stars were looking very promising so i wanted to develop them.. But now it has gone horribly pear shaped i stayed on for this season and we are doing terrible lying in 14th place which isnt bad if you ignored my great season before it but unfortunatly the players and the board do not and expect more of the same and morale is dropping and the players are not preforming im on 1st December and ive blew my transfer budget so i cannot sign anyone in the january window unless on loan or free transfer, I have not changed tactics or anything else realy can anyone give me any ideas on what it could be and how to turn this around ! SAVE MY CAREER !!!!
