Help need a good new tactic as my old one not working well after the 15.3 update

Can't find a tactic that works well in any save I have done after the latest update done an arsenal, Newcastle, and Fulham save and having no joy some help would be great guys ^^)

Just try any of the top rated ones, Erikksons or msot 3 striker formations will work, but there are no definative plug and play,

pick one you like the style/formation of and mange your team into it, adjusting for the players you have.
