HELP need a new tactic

im half way through my 2nd season with charlton and im 23rd 2 points adrift, it doesnt matter what tactic i try nothing seems to to be good enough to get any kind of consistency, the players are losing respect and the morale is shocking, although bizarrly i just managed to sign becks in the january window. im hoping he can be a catalyst to turn it around, but i am in need DESPERATELY of a new tactic!!

If you keep changing your tactic your team wont play well anyway

My tactic set is working very well for me (im new to football manager). No need to download as screenshots for tactic layout already in link below. My second season so far sees me 2nd when predicted bottom. More screenshots at end of season.
