Hi I am playing with Leeds and I have quite a strong squad as well as making a few strong signings such as Kapo (on a free) Peter Luccin (free) Gael Nlundulu (free) Havard Nordtveit (loan) and George Elakobi (loan)

I am currently sitting second from bottom Playing a 442 formation but it isn't working for me. Pre season was fine winning 5-0 and 6-1 didn't lose a game I don't think.

Here's my usual starting 11…

GK: Schmeichael
RB: Bruce/Connelly
LB: Elakobi
CB: Naylor
CB: Collins
AMR: Sam/Kapo
AML: Gradel/Johnson
MC: Howson
MC: Luccin/Faye
ST: Becchio/Somma
ST: McCormack/Watt

Kisnorbo, Snodgrass and Paynter are long term injuries.

Can anyone suggest an alternative formation that will get me a few wins and moving up the table?

Thanks.

4-2-3-1.....
always have your strikers on All out attack, they play a lot quicker when your attacking, and waste no time in trying to score....

rather than Average.. this slows the tempo down.

I cant really comment, im doing **** with Chelsea, probs get the sack when I get in tonight

Cheers. I'll give it a try. I'm only 6 or seven games into it so hopefully I can turn it around.
