Help need top DMC

Guys I'm man city and in second season. Sold yaya so need a top DMC. Went for Alex song but arsenal want 80m for him which to me is a joke. Also went for rossi and roma want 70m for him.

Been searching through the forum all day but cant seem to find anyone good, so plz any suggestions. I have 80m in the kitty

DMC bargain buy is anthony annan 3mish, top player I would recommend arturo vidal for 10m ish (also wicked mc)
back up striker christian benitez 1.5m or if your on patch 11.2.1 jackson martinez for 1.5m
