Help needed, My chelsea team

Hi Guys

If i could get some feedback and help, it would really help me out.

Im managing chelsea and im currently in my 3rd year.

I have won back to back premier league titles. But struggle in other competions.

My team is listed as

GK - CECH , ASENJO , DELAC
DEF - TREMOUNLINES, TERRY, CHILLIENI , SUBOTIC , P.JONES , IVANOVIC , SANTON , DE VRIJ
MID - ESSIEN , LAMPARD , BALE , SANCHEZ , BENAYOUN , SISSOKO , MCEACHRAN
ATT - NEYMAR , PATO , PASTORE , LUKAKU ( ON LOAN AT ATHLETICO MADRID ) STURRIDGE .

could some one please help me with the best lineup , how to use the players , who to sell and who to possible buy? i would really appreciate it.

one player you should think about selling is Benayoun mate if you hardly use him as his got to be what 32 on your game now and you could proberly get a few mil for him.

id maybe get another midfielder probably rodwell give you a bit more bite.
if you are struggling in europe change your tempo and use your pace out wide push your wingers right up on the full back and try and pin their full backs, back and drag the other teams wide men back
