Go into the training section in whatever player you want to learn the move's profile, then click on the new preferred move section. It will let you pick a staff member to teach this player the PPM. Although I am not entirely sure, I would presume you would want an attacking coach.
Click on the coach, and simply select whatever the PPM is you want learned (In this case tries killer balls often)
The coach will then either agree, or will say he doesn't think the player can learn it and suggest a different PPM to learn. This is completely down to you, if you trust the coach's judgement then don't bother trying to teach the PPM, as it will just waste the players time
