help needed

i am currently managing reading in the premier league and has lost 6 games in a row and bottom of the table

so can any one suggest a tactic which can get me a some good results ?

What tactics you using at the moment and what sort of players have you got ?

i used a 4-1-2-3 tactic which did well for me in the championship got promoted through play-off's in first season but it doesn't seem to work in the premier league and i have also tried a 4-4-2 tactic which didn't do anything for me
