I have just got York City into the premiership and won cups etc, and found it in all honesty very easy, with very little effort.

I have read on the internet that people have been FC United of Manchester, I was just wondering how this come about?

And can anyone tell me how I can make it so I be them?

you need to either add lower leagues using the data editor located here
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\football manager 2011\tools\editor
or download one of the databases from this site which i think go down as far as 8th tier.
