Help Needed!

This is my current team. Any advice on the best sort of tactic I should be using for them? I dont know whether it is because everyone is reasonably new together or whatever, but the performances should be better surely. Any advice would be appreciated
EDIT: I play the striker as a poacher, 3x Inside forwards, ball winning mid, box-to-box, and defence all left as standard

Hazard Sanchez Wingers attack, Pastore advanced playmaker support bent as a poacher supply run onto ball/to feet. Petrov as a BTB/central midfielder support, Defour as deep lying playmaker support/defend depening on opponent/home or away.
Just me but I would put creative freedom on the minimum along with passing at its shortest for the two CMs and the entire back four with the AMR AML AMC given license and passing just approaching direct (mixed). And put your front 4 with through balls often and long shots never.
I have a tactic that would give you more balance, its a 433 with DM CM CM AMR AML ST, keeps the ball well and I am looking for testers for it. Only problem is it uses wingbacks and Im not sure how well Young/Warnock would fit in the short term to WBR WBL but everything else is set up perfectly with one CM deep lying and one advanced support, if you get desperate PM me and Ill give you the tactic link not going to release it until its gone through at least semi rigid testing.
