HELP NEEDED!!!

I am fairly new to the whole FM games. I have owned FM12 since it came out and struggle to get into careers. I have recently started a new manager mode at Sheffield Wednesday and I would like some advice on how to make them stronger and also how to exploit their strengths and weaknesses so I can use them and help get rid of them.

Any tips at all including free transfers that fit the wage bill, tactics, formations, player roles etc... anything at all. Thanks

If you aren't familiarized with this game you should start a career with a bigger team, it will help you to learn all the basics of the game, including tactics, transfers etc.

Try playing with Barcelona or something like that, I'm sure it will help.Good luck.
