Help needed

Never used this forum before so unsure on rules etc with regards to posting but anyway. Having major headaches with the 4.00 megapack!!! Everytime I try and download it at the end of the process this message appears:

"Windows cannot open the folder"
"The compressed (zipped) folder C:/documents etc,etc is invalid"

I have tried extracting it to the right place and either way no luck . Please! any help would be graetly appreciated.

Try extracting it with a different programme
I use winrar, but some people like 7zip
