HELP!!! No numbers or names shown in match engine

My match engine, regardless if it is in 2d or any 3d view, ends up like this:

Normally there would be numbers shown on the players and the name of the player on the ball shown but none of this is happening. I have tried literally everything to sort this, uninstalled the game, went through all of the settings in preferences, deleted all of my graphics files and nothing is fixing it. This is coming from someone who has played the game for 1500 hours+ every year since 2011 and I can't fix it. It is infuriating!!!

Raise it as a bug on the SI forum, if you have done the clear cache, reinstall etc not much else to do
