Help on young promising Regen

Hi im with Luton Town and as you can see from his stats hes a great prospect for the future,

So what is the best thing i could do to get the best out of him and for his stats to start improving.

I would be grateful for any suggestions

Depending on your tactic,I'd retrain him to AMC.Train his accelaration and creativity.

I think I'd just train him up as a classic target man, frankly. He looks decent.

Train his accelration, technique and other speed attributes. Then you will have a all-around striker.
