Hi, I am in my second season with burnley and I have 2 exciting young prospects coming through the system. One is Dutch U20 international ouasim bouy (18 years old, league 1 quality) and the other is a 17 year old Dutch U20 regen called Gerry ijzerman (league 1 quality). I want to loan these 2 out but whenever I get an offer to loan them to a league 1 or league 2 side arranged, the players reject the move. I can't see why they would both reject moves to teams where they would get first team football at a level suitable for them (both hopeful to gain first team experience from going on loan). How can I get them to accept loan moves where they would be valuable members of the first team?Thanks much!
