To get the Capitol Cup to work remove last division from team competition panel for all teams from the Premiership down to League 2.
The FA cup usually still works, so you've edited or removed something that you shouldn't have done for this to stop.
What did you do with the clubs you replaced ?
Under File (the one directly under MENU) click validation, Is there a message there saying teams missing ?
