Help Please

Hey
Im Celtic in my second season with only a few games left im first and in a secure place for winning the league again. Im in the Semi finals of the Euro Cup but i still feel like a need to strentghen my squad i would appreciate it if you could help me with some good cheap players i can look to sign as i only have a bout 12 mill to spend im looking for a back up left back and a main striker who can score a lot of goals and is reliable.
