Help Please

I started a game from too long with SW Essen in german 5th division and i am currently in season 2017/2018 won the german bundesliga and i am in the final of the champions league i saved after i deafeted Man Utd in the semi final but my laptop lagged while i was saving so when i restarted it dont want to load and i dont have any previous load i have only 1 file which doesnt work . i am very sad after 8 years all what i done is gone ???

Try a system restore to a point before your laptop lagged.
