On the FM Editor i entered -10 in the section for PA when i created my own guy but when i scout him in the game it say he is playing at his potential and wont grow much more. His CA is at 110 Can anyone help?

what are his hidden stats, namely professionalism

Also have you checked you saved it as -10?

Professionalism is on 10 and yes it was on -10 when i exported the database with the changes and everything else is as i had down is in the game

Professionalism will hold him back, get him tutored by someone with a professional personality.
