Help plz........Why my transfer has been suddenly cancelled without reason??

I offered Chiellini actually,and Juventus has also agreed the fee and allow me to offer contract.We have also successfully agreed the contract terms
However,after a few day,I recieved a mail called "Chiellini deal falls through",it has no explain and without any reasons
Plz.....is there anyone know wt is the reason and wt should I do if I still want to sign him??

Take a look at the offer. This has happened to me before.

When I saw that I didnt notice that aswell as the fixed amount I was planning to buy him with I was also going to part exchange a player. - The player I was selling rejected there contract and the offer fell through.

You may not have even noticed you were part ex'ing a player

Yet you havn't answered

Check work permits, if he's injured or if you were part exchanging a player that turned them down

Injury, not enough funds, pretty sure it can't be work permit though.
