help sending a save file

My friend whom i play online with has asked me to send him the save file i have when i was hosting our game,how do i do this and where do i find it though?

You find it in User/My Doc/SI/FM13/games

Just upload it to a free hosting site ( there are houndreds of them) where you dont have to register and provide him with the link
