help! stuck when paying for a player over a long time

hi guys

just started as barca and am trying to sign diego renan to cover the left back position and or right back. but barca only start with a small budget, so when trying to pay for him i wanted to pay 10m of the 12.5m total over a period of 24 months. but when the offer was accepted, it said i didnt have enough money, which is the reason why i was doing that in the first place.

any ideas how to overcome this?

if you pay in installments it takes it from your yearly budget, so to pay 10m over 24 months, would cost you 5mill from your starting budget. st it to 48 months and it will cost 2.5mill
