I started off with Chelmsford in the Blue Square South and by loans, fluke and slight miracle am now in to League 1 having won each of the previous seasons leagues.

Part of my success has been down to a 4-2-1-3 triple striker powerhouse but keeping tactics balanced/mixed/committed

but another part has been players aged 33+ because players who are regarded as some of the best out there now in 2013 drastically lose value as they get older and sidelined but still retain some of their ability and if you time it right can be storming (but only for one season, two at most)

For example my Chelmsford in 2015/16 has Rio Ferdinand, Jo Cole, Jermaine Defoe, Kieron Dyer in currently - all signed on a free as their contracts expired

Some amazing loan players I've had are Kane Hemmings, Jordan Bowery and Daniel Sturridge but when looking for a transfer with a very poor club go for an older gent - Help the Aged and they'll help you back!
