HELP!!! Transfer Problems

So in the last season (2014/15) I signed this player Leonardo Capezzi on a free from Fiorentina (pre-contract) yet I can't play him in any of my matches. It says he's unregistered even after I put him into my squad registration. He's at my club but I can't do anything with him.

Anyone know what to do?

Could be that his agent own s part of him and this needs to be bought off him before he is eligible to play.

How do I buy him off?

If you right-click on his name it should say 'Make an offer' and you can make an offer to his agent.
