Struggling to find a lineup where i can get the most out of these players, currently playing 41221, with the 2 CAMs narrow, help would be appreciated.

I suggest you to change in 442 with wingers, like this:

As you have 2 great playmakers(Ganso and Martin), you should retrain one of them on AMR and play him on Advanced playmeker-attack(choose one of them who is more natural in AMR position, and more paceful), retein Hazard on AML winger-attack, full attack, full creative freedom,cut inside, roam from position, often through balls(he is MONSTER in that position), and get poacher-partner for Cavani(complete forward-support), like Leandro Damiao

Doumbia has been very average for me, wastes alot of chances, blast the ball over most of the time, he is nothing like his stats

Ganso should play as deep lying playmaker, let him dictate the tempo.
Hazard should cut inside and give a lot of trough-passes.
M'vila as a Box-Box midfielder or just defensive.

Another interesting formation, I heard Reus is a good AMR?

Problem with that i think the 2 man mid is a bit lightweight and marvin martin has been pretty awsome for me as well at cm, the problem comes when trying to get them all playing well in the same game, I may try a 433 with ganso and hazard on the wings and see how that goes.

Any tips on getting ganso to play better, even on fm 11 hes never played that well for me compared to what his stats are, is it just a case of giving him a season to settle in?

In my 3rd season now, I find cavani is a good poacher as he makes the runs to score the goals whereas when he is a target man etc he doesnt make those same runs, i guess i could edit the manual instructions...
