Help! Unable to remove 'rules for npower league 1 match againt ###' bar from squad

Help please. This has been bugging me for weeks now. I'm unable to get rid of the 'rules for npower league 1 match againt ###' section from the bottom of the senior squad interface. It takes up room on my screen and I've no idea how to get rid of it. Also every single homegrown player has the HG icon next to his name, these icons are there before every league game (nearly alll the time), and the icon covers other icons which could be shown instead (ie WNT, UNH)

If anyone can help me remove it that would be great as there is no info on this bug anywhere online!
