Help Uploading Photo

Hi,

I have made my local football team using the FM editor, now i want to create photos and put them to each of the created players.

How do I do this from start to finish?

Name the pics as there ID's and have them .png and 180x180
put them in a folder and make a config for them using FMXML
then put the folder in my docs / si / fm12

what's fmxml and where do you get it from?
