Help wanted for playing against smaller teams

Currently managing Arsenal.

Doing fine against top teams playing counter attacking football. But struggling against lower opposition such as Norwich and West Brom etc.

i play high tempo attacking, wide. Can't break teams down. Previously I would push up and exploit the flanks, but this isn't working, as they don't seem to want to cross.

i dominate possession but get caught on the break.

i have a first team of the usual arsenal suspects, apart from the additions of Falco hamsik Wellington nem.

any tips on breaking teams down?
