Help with Central Defender Roles.

I am playing with a 4-1-2-3 formation.
In the picture i conceded a goal as you can see sakho ( next to lucas) closing down isco leaving loads of space behind.

I have set him as Central Def with cover duty.

Any help with tactical changes will be appreciated .

I am very new to creating my own tactic, so please advise on what am I doing wrong.

Uhhhh.. I'm no expert but you have no Holding mid, 2 wingbacks on attack and both your CB's on Cover duties.

I would change you CDM do DM(d) or A(d), put one of the CB's on Stopper role, but since you're pushing high up, maybe it's better to have both on Defend duty

What he said... and also if ur playing short passing possession game, a lower tempo would be much better! and r u playing narrow or wide? possession tactics work best if you have at least 2 players giving you some width so as to stretch the field and create space for Suarez to drop into! That is according to my experiences anyway! Let us know if things get better...
