Help With Championship Player's.

Ok so I thought I would try and get my local team Reading promoted or atleast compete in the play offs as they do in real life, So I am just wondering is there any good hidden talents for the championship that I could bring into my squad ?

I am in need of a goal keeper as Reading's are pretty rubbish, But the only down fall is that my transfer budget is a joke so I cant really buy anyone, I have like 210k to spend

So has anyone got any tips on some players ? This is the first time I have managed in the Championship.

A good right back would be somebody called Yakubu (his first name start with an A and is about 26/27), if you want a striker look at Febian Brandy. A good keeper you could maybe try to get one on loan from the big clubs or you could use add ons to buy a young goalkeeper called Luis Guillherme.

Vincent Eneyema (sp?) might be just out your reach, if you go for future fees you should get him
