Hi, I'm quite new to FM and I'm managing Charlton. I'm in the beginning of my first season. I did reasonably well in the pre-season friendlies but now its going downhill for me. I've tried using different tactics but they either don't work or they do- but only for the first game I play with the formation. It is getting quite frustrating searching through the forum and finding tactics which claim to 'score lots of goals' or 'help struggling teams' which don't actually work. Please can you give me some tips and perhaps some links to good tactics that I should download on the website. Thanks.
