Help With competition logos

i have recently created a world super league division which contains 8 small division with the winners going into a playoff but i cannot seem to be able to put my created competition logos into the game. I have a program that created the config file so i dont see where i am going wrong is there something i have missed out? i have created the logos made sure they are in correct picture formate and given them their id numbers and created the config file. Any help or ideas would be appreciated

Make sure the config file says 'comp' and not 'team'

yeh it does im using fmXML which does all that for me. I have even downloaded some logos and changed their ids in the xml file just to see if that would work but it hasnt so is there something specific i need to do as they are logos for a Created league and not one which already exists?

check IDs in game (I have noticed that sometimes they differ)
