Help with creating a tactic!!

i really struggle to create a tactic, I'm not sure where I am going wrong and what more I need to do!

I like to try play a possession game but attacking also and I cannot get a right balance in my squad.

i have attached a tactic I created with United and it just doesn't click.

some time you don't know why you setting your TI like that.
I think you should try to make a simple longball counter attack tactic,before you try "high level" possession tactic.

learn how to defend before you learn how to attack.

i want to make a kloop high pressing tactic in FM17.1.
& i fail & don't know why i fail.Then i saw this video,watch this :

& now i know my problem,pressing to much is no good,high risk ball over the top.
so i stop making high pressing tactic for now,& learn how to defend 1st.

i try fergie low pressing longball counter attack style,& learning italy busparking style.
learn "why they doing this".
