Help with downloaded Logo Packs

I cannot seem to be able to use logos in the game. I have downloaded the mega pack and various other logo packs and saved them in the folder FM2010/graphics etc I have moved them around into different folders and as mentioned have downloaded several different types of logos but they will not load into my FM2010 game. Its very strange because in my game the logos for West Brom and Newcastle are there but no others. Please can anyone help as this is getting annoying!!!

this should help:

go into preferences

and, on display and sound make sure:
'use skin cache' is un-ticked
and 'always reload on confirm' is ticked

then click confirm and they should be working
