it's simple man you just click load game. on the right side you have a box for searching. when you find what you looking for you double click it. the player/club/whatever will appaer bottom left, after every change you click save game which is at the top bar. ain't that hard. and when you have something selected, on the left side you can switch to other stuff like relations and porsonal data blablabla
