Help with facepacks :/

Hi, I'm new to the forums and have downloaded a couple of facepacks. I just saved them in my documents but have no idea how to get them into the game. Any help would be much appreciated.

extract the facepacks to...
my documents/footballmanager2011/graphics/pictures/faces

you need to make the graphics folder then make the pictures folder inside graphics folder, and then make faces folder inside pictures folder

when you start the game go to preferences then display and sound then untick "use skin cache" and tick "always reload". press confirm... done
