Help with FMH new to this

Hi I just got this game on PSP and felt I needed some help. I've been reading to get more information on how to play the game and decided I wanna start with something easy (choose man united cos I thought I will own). Then I read online about setting Hernandez to poacher and Ibra as target man would get u lots of goals and I thought great idea!

Only I can't seem to find that page to set all these! Can anyone help me please? Greatly appreciate it.
Also any good tips welcomed.

I can only find the page where they ask if u wanna give a player a free role or to pass to left right centre.
