Help with Freddy Adu & Lasha Chelidze please =)

Will someone please tell me If Freddy Adu and Lasha chelize are included in any face pack?

Adu - 979166
Chelidze - 145139

I can understand how Chelidze wouldnt be in it, but Adu is quite famous and a USA international so Im wondering if ive missed an update or something somewhere as he isnt in my game. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me with this issue.
