Help with installing Facepack

I have downloaded many face packs and extracted them in programfiles>sports interactive>graphics>players
and then i go to fm and sound&display and tick the required boxes
however i then i go to load my game and the pictures havnt changed this is the same with logo's. Im runnign on version 9.3 scould this be the problem if so can i have a face pack for a a v9.3 of help me!

If it's not working then you are getting something wrong. Read the guide again and make sure you follow every step correctly.
