New Stadium is a must. The most you can expand Anfield to is 55,000.

Get yourself a 3rd GK (a young regen maybe) and you are set for a few years. No point buying fr the sake of it.

Monthly Installments.

They put them in so people don't feel that their transfer budget means anything and can wildly overspend on any save. Some people find this fun but.... It destroys the point of a budget in the first place and is hugely unrealistic (unless you have a new Roman Abramovich as your owner.)
