Help with loads of things in fm!!!!!!!!

hi i got quite alot of problems with fm 2010.

i installed fm a while ago without using steam and everthing was fine. recently i have tried to make a new game and an error message comes up about "crash dump" so i cant make a new game ! i then thought i would unistall the game and install it again but when i use the program to unistall more errors happen. i then decided to install with steam (with the orignal still installed ) and it takes a while but then i cant find where its been installed to. i then went to my computer and unistalled football manager 2010 using windows but the orignal fm can still be played !!!

this is what i want please
to be able to play fm normally (make new games etc.) whether it is with steam or not

a crash dump is when the game goes wrong. don't uninstall it, just start a new game

i recommend when you next get a game started save it on 2 seperate files so if one has a crash dump you can load up the other

i cant get to the start of the game !!! it crash when making it
