Help with my first tactic 4411.

I need help with my first own tactic, im trying to make a offensive 4411, kinda direct play, not using long passes to the striker, Im testing it with Boca Juniors, i got this roles for now:

SK - D: Guillermo Sara
-Distribute to defenders
Right Fullback - Attack: Gino Peruzzi
-Run Wide with ball
-Stay Wider
Centre Back - Defend: Daniel Diaz
Centre Back - Defend: Marco Torsiglieri
Left Fullback - Support: Fabian Monzon
-Run Wide with ball
-Stay Wider
Right Wide Playmaker - Attack: Pablo Perez
-Push more
Ball winning midfielder - Defend: Marcelo Meli
-Mark Tighter
Deep Liying Playmaker - Defend: Fernando Gago
-Shorter Passing
Left Winger - Attack: Federico Carrizo
-Roam from Position
Advanced Playmaker - Support: Nicolas Lodeiro
-Roam from Position
-More direct passing
-Move into Channels
Complete Forward - Attack: Pablo Dani Osvaldo
-More direct passing

Team Intructions:
-Standard Mentality
-Structured

-More direct passing
-Pass into space
-Play out of defence
-Play wider
-Higher tempo

I wouldnt tweak anything until you have watched some games, find out if the team is doing what you want them to.

Played two matches, one of the problems, is Osvaldo is alone on the front, nobody accompanies

That's because you're far too direct for how you've set up. This is exactly why adding TIs and PIs before you've seen anything, is a bad idea.
