Help with my "Flair 1" player

18 yo I'd set to train as a winger when I saw he had 1 on Flair.
I dont think I ever used someone with flair 1 as a creative figure. He has technical skills, vision, work rate, decision, ant, and physical abilities to evolve.

but i was wondering if, lets say his flair improves to 5 or 6 at best or even 10.

lets say he improves dribbling, technique, agility, acc and pace to high levels (16+, for ex) would he be able to dribble if his flair was 1 still ?

normally I wouldn't bother with it, but I'm trying to only use players produced by my own youth system.

He'll be fine. Have him 'knock ball past opponent' if you're worried, but his dribbling and technique is decent anyway. Get him tutored by a high flair player and train him as a 'Winger Attack'. On the game Aaron Lennon and Inaki Williams only have 11 flair and it hasn't affected them too much. Focus on his pace if you like.
