Help with my leeds save.

Hi im after a little help with my Leeds save and im not looking to get flamed like i did last time please. Basiclly won the championship in my first season finished 10th in the PL in my first season now into my second season and i just cant seem to get my team fireing and they conced a lot tried a few diffrent tactics with the same results either draws or loses im at a loose end if any one has any constructive help that would be amazing here is my current team and tactics -
