Hello, i am currently in charge of Macc Town and i am in League one after winning the League Two Play-Offs in my first season. I am currently 22nd in League One and none of the tactics i use don't seem to work, one of the reason's for my failure this seaon is that i brought to many players at the start of the season so i could have a strong enough squad to survive this season, i am currently 22nd but the good news for me is that a win could put out of the relegation zone. So can anyone please give me some advise? Thanks.

I have now completed the month of January just bringing in one player and i won 3 league games out of 5 loseing just 1 and drawing the other. But i would be greatfull if someone could offer me some advice please.View attachment 8805
